We started with a problem our founders had lived: supplier, quality and compliance data scattered across spreadsheets, inboxes and audit folders. We built the platform they wished they'd had, and today it's the PLM, Risk & Compliance platform for food, from source to shelf.

The story

Built from the facility floor up.

We were founded by Roger McCracken (CEO), Paul Armstrong (CSO) and Gary Tyre (CTO), who spent years running supply chains, managing suppliers and handling compliance inside major food operations. They saw first-hand how much time and risk disconnected information adds to a food business, and set out to fix it.

We began in 2012 as Meat Connected, building purpose-built tools to help the industry run more efficiently. By 2013 we had broadened to serve the whole food industry, and we've since grown into a connected platform used by enterprise food businesses worldwide.
